# Inbox

> Track and respond to prospect replies in a unified inbox.

The **Inbox** shows all email threads from your outreach in one place — replies, bounces, and out-of-office messages.

## Thread list

The left panel shows all threads, sorted by most recent activity. Each thread shows:

* Contact name and company
* Subject line
* Preview of the latest message
* Status (unread, read, archived, snoozed)

## Filtering

Use the filter bar to narrow threads by:

* **Status** — unread, read, archived
* **Sequence** — threads from a specific sequence
* **Account** — threads from contacts at a specific company

## Reading and replying

Click a thread to open it in the detail panel. You'll see the full conversation history. Type your reply at the bottom and send directly from harp.

>
> Replies are sent from the email account connected in Settings. The recipient sees it as a normal email reply.

## Thread actions

* **Archive** — move to archive (hidden from default view)
* **Snooze** — hide until a specified date/time
* **Assign** — assign to a team member (Growth plan and above)

## Unread count

The sidebar shows a badge with your unread thread count. This updates in real-time via server-sent events.
