# Targets

> Manage your accounts and contacts in one unified view.

The **Targets** page is your CRM — it shows all your accounts (companies) and their associated contacts (people) in a single table.

## Accounts vs contacts

* **Account** — a company you're prospecting (e.g., "Stripe"). Has fields like name, domain, industry, employee count, and location.
* **Contact** — a person at an account (e.g., "Jane Smith, VP Sales at Stripe"). Has fields like name, email, title, LinkedIn URL, and phone.

Each account can have many contacts. Expand an account row to see its contacts.

## Adding targets

### Manual entry

Click **Add** in the top toolbar to create an account or contact manually.

### CSV import

Go to **Settings > Import/Export** to upload a CSV. Map your columns to harp fields during import.

### AI-powered search

Click the **Search** button to use AI discovery. Describe the type of companies you're looking for and harp will find matching accounts with contact details.

## Enrichment

Click any cell in the table to trigger AI enrichment. harp uses web research to fill in missing data — emails, phone numbers, company info, and more.

You can also enrich an entire column or row at once from the column header menu or row action menu.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Each enrichment uses AI credits. See [AI credits](https://onbound.mintlify.site/guides/ai-credits.md) for details.

## Custom variables

Add custom data columns to accounts or contacts via the column header menu. These variables can be used in sequence templates for personalization.

## Soft deletes

When you delete an account or contact, it's soft-deleted — the record is hidden but not destroyed. Admins can restore soft-deleted records from the action menu.
