harp sends emails through your connected email accounts — not a shared sending infrastructure. This means emails come from your actual address, improving deliverability.

Connecting an account

1

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Email delivery.
2

Click Connect

Choose Google or Microsoft and authorize via OAuth. harp requests send-only permissions.
3

Verify

harp sends a test email to confirm the connection works.

Plan limits

Re-authorizing an existing account doesn’t count against your limit.

Daily send limits

Each email account has a daily send limit (configurable in settings). The counter resets at midnight UTC. harp tracks sends per account and pauses sequences if the limit is hit.
Keep daily sends under 50 for new accounts. Increase to 100-200 after 2-3 weeks of consistent sending with good deliverability.

Deliverability

Go to Analytics > Deliverability to check your domain health. harp runs DNS checks for:
  • SPF — sender policy framework record
  • DKIM — domain key authentication
  • DMARC — message authentication policy
Sending outreach without proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC records will hurt your deliverability and may land emails in spam.
